Payment:

1) Our eStore operates through PayPal Checkout, and therefore, we accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and eCheques, as well as PayPal.  PayPal automatically does this for us.  Very handy!

Shipping:

1) We will calculate your total shipping cost once we have received your order and send you an invoice via PayPal.  Once payment has cleared, your item will be shipped.

2) Some items we keep standard in stock, but in order to expand our selection, we also drop ship from our suppliers. If a choice is available, we will send you the item by the least expensive method possible. For example, since we are in Canada and our suppliers are often in the US, if you live in the US, odds are good that drop shipping from our US suppliers is in your best interest. However, if you live in Canada, we will likely be shipping the item directly from our store.

3) Some items are typically only available by drop shipping. If you live in Canada and do not wish to pay the extra shipping fees that drop shipping from the US may entail, you may request, at the time of purchase, that we wait until we have put in our next order with our supplier and then ship the item to you directly. Please note that this may lead to delays of 2 - 6 weeks in receiving your item.

4) We typically ship through the Canadian and US Postal Service as our primary method of shipping, as we find these to be the least expensive for our customers and reliable. Generally, you can expect a minimum charge of $5.00 Cnd for shipping. If you would rather we ship by some other method, please request this by email at the time of checkout and we will calculate your cost accordingly. You will be invoiced for shipping charges in this case before the order is shipped.

5) You are responsible for any applicable taxes and/or duty fees.

6) We are not responsible for damage incurred in shipping, though we do take care to wrap everything as best as we can.

7) We will ship your item within five business days of your payment clearing.
